To preserve the quality and longevity of each piece:

  • avoid excessive friction or pulling
  • store carefully when not in use
  • follow the washing instructions provided on the garment label

We recommend gentle handling at all times.

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each item.

Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, washing, pulling, friction, or failure to follow care instructions.


Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination:

  • Italy: free shipping
  • European Union: €14.99 shipping / free over €200
  • International: €24.99 shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures and local couriers.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
